Herdade do Sobroso
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with total stemming and gentle crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for 25 days. Maturation on fine lees for 3 months and partial aging in French oak barrels.
Wine with a light, bright citrine color. The aroma highlights floral and tropical fruit notes. In the mouth, the complexity of Antão Vaz predominates, giving it freshness and intensity.
